AML Services did a complicated two-story house / basement demo for us, which included pulling all permits, retiring of utilities, and pumping/crushing/filling in two septic tanks. Mike and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We unfortunately had a house fire that was a total loss. We had to demolish the home and it was a very emotional process. Communication through mostly email with a few phone calls and text messages was amazing! Very thorough and respectful and the empathy was great! Mike, Corrina, Austin and their daughter/Austin's sister were some of the best people to work with! During such a trying ad emotional time they helped the process go smoothly with their quickness and honesty plus answering my many questions was spot on! The first day of demo Austin worked all day and my kids and I sat in our vehicle and watched taking pictures and videos for the memories from our first home. Austin was there for 5 days and worked endlessly all day everyday! I pray we never have to go through this again, but God forbid that we do we would hire AML Services again hands down in a heartbeat! I highly recommend them to everyone who needs work done. I read other reviews and noticed they do driveway work and in our new home we want to eventually get our driveway redone and when that time comes we will be contacting AML Services to have them do it! They are the best in the area for sure! I always say you pay for what you get, they were the best price we got for estimates for our home demo but they showed that the paying for what you get isn't always paying the highest for the best. They are a true down to earth and honest family and the way they work together you know they are a tight family! Their work proves it. If you need work done and AML Services can do it, hire them you won't be disappointed at all.

I live in Los Angeles and everything was done through email and text messages. Mike was excellent to work with. He gave me a reasonable price to perform the work, pulled the permit and completed the project, all in less than 10 days. As a contractor myself, I appreciate pro's who do what they say and follow through without any problems. I highly recommend AML.

I love this company. They were so responsive when I called them to come look at the job. Same day. Moved 2 double wides for us. In and out in 3 short days with a crew of less then 5 guys, on each. Generally only 2 or 3 most of those days. Hard working. You will never see these guys standing around with their hands in their pockets. We hired a big company to move the first of 3, a single wide. They brought a big crew. Took then 5 short days. And they did a good job. No complaints. But they were more expensive. Took longer and stood around more.
These guys are the best. Worth every penny. Quick. They do an excellent job. Professional. They keep you informed of any issues or changes. Hire these guys. you won't be sorry.

I was beside myself when I noticed a sinkhole in my back yard. The previous owners improperly filled in an inground pool.
I called AML services. Mike was quick to respond and gave me a fair estimate. His workers went above and beyond completing the job quickly without compromising quality.
I was so pleased with the job completed I inquired as to if they install fences (of coarse they do). AGAIN a BEAUTIFUL job excellently done.

Excellent experience. Crew was professional, polite, and efficient. The garage demo plus removal of all the debris and contents of the garage was completed under 4 hours. They even raked and retrieved all the debris that got on the lawn. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The contractor changed the scope of the project from the original request making their job easier. While I am fine with that it created the need for me to take time off from work to get a additional permit. That equates to a higher bottom line figure.

I had AML tear down my garage and breezeway. They arrived on time and didn't stop until the job was done. The breezeway was a little tricky but they worked it out wonderfully. They left me with a totally clean parking pad. Wonderful service and workmanship.

Mike and Austin came out I had an old building with tons of junk in there and I had wanted the building taken down completely, they cleaned everything out then demolished it for me and hauled everything away not leaving a trace I would recommend this company to anyone 100% great father and son team awesome work guys!

I called them about my driveway and they contacted me right away to do a free estimate. They were affordable so I hired them on the spot. A few days layer they torn my driveway and poured concrete. I was pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

The removal of a two story woodshed in a very congested jobsite was completed without any damage to adjacent new and existing structures. The structure was removed by hand. Difficult job completed professionally. Very happy.

This has been a tremendous service. Even being out of town during the demolition the communication was great and even with a blip dealing with the county was quickly rectified. A great job and everything went as expected.
